Is Madison really a wild place to visit? I think this is the second time this week you mentioned wanting to see fans of a program going to Madison.
They are a very polite crowd. The fans have been known to even toss marshmallows at visiting teams. Now, those marshmallows may have batteries in them or frozen, but it’s a weird coincidence. Certainly not intentional (sarcasm font).

Been there twice, and had a good time both visits. But Cheese fans can get quite "enthusiastic", especially as has already been mentioned for a night game fueled by a days worth of cheap beer.

Great place to visit. Arguably the best college town in the US. The only caveat is that for visiting fans with thin skins who expect to be welcomed with open arms and told how wonderful they and their school are, I'd suggest they avoid it.

all the more reason the LSU/Wisky series should have been on campus instead of The Dome and Lambeau.

Seriously

two iconic venues, but tv executives got involved
tv executives with zero clue about college football and even less understanding of college football fans

next thing you know those two iconic venues both sat empty during those games
