Well. I didn't take pics because it was a whirlwind. Had 16 adults and 8 kids at my house yesterday. 8 lbs of brisket, 6 racks of ribs, 8 white, 8 garlic, 8 hot italian smoked sausages, 5 dozen cookies, a case of wine, 3 bottles of bourbon, 2 pints of scotch, an airplane bottle of Johnnie blue, I dunno how much beer but burned 175 lbs of ice chilling it, 30 Roman candles... All gone

Having tenderloin, rapini and baby carrots tonight.
