I really dislike that lede.....MSU has shown moments of very good football, especially on defensive side of ball. They're not as exotic, defensively, as Indiana which helps us, but lets not act like we're just going to roll in and blast them with a broom stick. I hope I'm wrong, but this is going to be a 4 quarter game. I think people are SIGNIFICANTLY missing the boat here....I hope our team doesn't have the same attitude of the general public.

And most importantly, I just hope game is played.

Depends on which Michigan state shows up. The one that got blasted by indiana/Iowa get's blasted the one that beat NW not so much

What tOSU needs to do 1 play the game. 2 play 60 minutes. 3 play like it’s final game of year. That should of been the points of emphasis from before game 1. In August zero games, after the settlement no games were promised just a weird unwieldy schedule with no flexibility no guarantee of game or games.

100% this. MSU has had some bad games, but there's moments you can see they can play very tough and with Ohio State on the schedule, you know they will bring it. Would not be surprised at all to see this as a one score game if it is actually played, although the possibility of a blowout is there if we finally play to our ability (but only after 4 games that is sounding like a broken record) and MSU plays average or worse. On whether the game will actually be played, I am guessing no new is good news?

Sparty's QB is supremely bad. It's spectacular how bad he is, yet he lit Michigan up. I really hope non-2018 defense shows up. This should be 5 or 6 INTs. It'll probably be a combo of long TDs and PIs.

They take calculated risks. They lit Michigan up with 50/50 and back-shoulder throws in man coverage all game. I'd assume the gameplan will be exactly the same versus OSU. They're going to identify man coverage and take shots. They'll hit some, but to your point, we can't be bailing them out with PI's, and it'd be great if we could sucker them into a throw or two where we actually have safety help over the top that they misread.....we can hope.
