tOSU Recruiting Discussion

Yeah I guess that's my thoughts. Tufele>Honingford (or other OL)>Harris. I just don't see the depth concerns at WR that I do in the trenches, the place where games are won and lost. And I'd certainly take Browning and Hines before Harris. And obviously Okudah, Akers, Grimes and Lindsey are before this.

I like Harris. A lot. Especially because Ohio kids have special powers and all. I just have a hard time justifying any 3rd WR not DPJ in this tight class.

And I think the staffs recruitment of Harris follows this rationale as well.

Fully agree! And like you said, no knock on Harris, but the game is won in the trenches. And I would also take either LB as well.

You should relax for a couple of reasons.

1.) The guys in this OSU class are the type of guys that will leave early to go pro. If we retain our talent, we should have the majority of our team stay all 4-5 years.

2.) Ohio State is killing it right now because they just put an insane amount of players into the league. If we take care of business this year, we should be able to get quite a few guys drafted. We could see a jump ourselves.

3.) As a reminder, we run a completly different system than Ohio State. Yes their class is more talented, but some of their guys we weren't interested in and vice versa for them.

4.) We have a good, talented class as well .

1.) Even if this were true, Urban would just reload with even more top prospects. Claiming they are at an advantage because their players will stay 4-5 years is way off.

2.) I don't know, the National Championship in 2014 might have something to do with the results we are seeing, as well as the NFL draft success.

3.) We didn't even want them? Get outta here with that! You would die to have half the talent that is in this class.

4.) :slappy: "The sky isn't falling!!1!11!1"
