ttun recruiting (all classes)

So, word on the street is that scUM landing the 2 OH OL(Roebuck and Hamilton) directly affected landing the 2 higher rated OL on their board. And ironically both of those players chose Tennessee(Anderson and Warren)
It’s fun watching them deal with (and fail) the challenges of being a B1G championship program trying to be a national championship program that Ohio State has been dealing with for two decades.

Ohio State had Urban Meyer to help make that transition. Michigan has defective wal-mart Tressel to do it. May Harbaugh crash and burn spectacularly—I’m a broken record, but he’s been benefiting from being a coward and ducking the 2020 game for far too long.

Nope, it would seem surprising but in the last 5 - 7 years-ish it seems the upper echelon Mormon recruits are not going there or really giving them much consideration. And it seems like a lot of the top recruits don't actually go on the mission immediately and opt to play first. Maybe I am off on that, but that is what I have noticed.

On Bair specifically, I am expecting either BSU or Oregon, either of which would make me happy. Especially BSU so I get to see him play live in-person...I haven't become a BSU fan living here, but it is fun to go to some games when they are competitive (football and now basketball).

Probably picks Boise State to stay close to home. Plus he is probably going on a mission so he may not play until 2025-2026.
Indeed he picked BSU, really happy to see him stay home...he is the highest rated recruit they ever landed. I will definitely have to pop by Albertson's Stadium to see him play. Another loss for ttun, though I'm not so sure they ever had a legit chance like they thought (recurring theme).

With the Rudolph decommit, scUMs average recruit ranking now sits at 90.48. Which put's them tied for 17th with Oklahoma. They are now behind Penn State as well. Them having 27 commits currently is the only thing keeping them so high in the overall points rankings. Once the other schools catch up in numbers they will drop hard.

And with some rumors circulating that Harbaugh will be testing the NFL waters again this off season, I suspect his recruiting will deteriorate further

it’s a damn shame

Oklahoma is projected to land some serious star power soon, so soon TTUN will be alone with the likes of MSU and Illinois.
