Sir, that is the glorious St. Bill. We may never see his ilk again.

So, the Ministry of Excuses posted an article about their tire fire of an OL; more particularly, their dire situation at both Tackle spots. In the summary, we find this little tidbit:

They have some games now where a freshman with more upside can get his legs under him. I really hope they use it.
Does not compute. All spring/summer we've been hearing that Mississippi Jesus was going to finally give them the playmaker at QB that would allow them to reach their full offensive potential under the Harbrau. Now they're already looking ahead to Dylan McCaffrey? After one game?

Cross another one off, I guess.

Feagin
(Better than Pryor)
Beaver (Tulsa, LOL)
Tater Tot (September 2009 Heisman)
Shoe Lace
Gardner
(I just intercepted him in the Chipotle parking lot at lunch)
Morris (eventually transferred to CMU for a "meh" Sr year)
O'Korn (O'Bauserman)
Speight (now failing at UCLA!)
Peters (Luck 2.0)
Patterson (Mississippi Jesus)
McCaffrey

That's a long list of failed saviors over the last decade.

Edit- Re-reading, I think they're actually talking about a FR tackle. But still, a lot of people on their boards have been questioning Patterson and praising McCaffrey after game one.
