9 - Burn Notice
9 - It's Always Sunny
8.5 - House
8 - Office (American Version)
7.5 - In Plain Sight
7 - How I met your Mother
7 - Big Bang Theory
6.5 - Community
6 - Psych
5 - Heroes (10 for first year, 1 for the rest)
5 - Modern Family (Only caught the first 3 shows, once I catch up on my DVR, I can see this show moving up higher)

I gotta give Psych a 9 just to boost it in the rankings a bit, that's one of the most fun shows on TV these days.

And since I see some only-on-DVD shows on the list, I'll give the first three seasons of 24 a 9 too.

As far as the USA original programs go, your top two are the only two I don't like.

In Plain Sight - 8.5
Monk - 8.0
Psych - 7.5
White Collar (only seen the first couple episodes) - 7.5
Royal Pains - 2.0 - I had to stop watching this even though the lady still DVRs and watches it
Burn Notice - N/R - never made it through a full episode - something about the lead actor drives me nuts

I also separated the list into categories. I haven't seen a lot of these so I guessed where they might belong (i.e. Life on Mars?).

For me, I added:

9 - 24
8 - Burn Notice
7 - Chapelle's Show
7 - How I Met Your Mother
6 - My Name is Earl

I'd give Mercy a 7...though I think it will be canceled soon.

L&O SVU has gone from a 10 down to about a 6 or 7 in the past 2 or 3 years, but Mariska Hargitay is so goddamned hot and keeps looking hotter as she ages, it doesn't matter at all...I watch anyway.

I don't really watch many other series...too hard to tune in every week.
