I agree with that.

The current one (not the one they're using on the new shirts) surprisingly hasn't been changed much since the early 90's (outside of a few stars and the shield). You'd think with Nike running the show, they'd "Oregon" everything and would've drastically changed the badge since the early 90's.

With Tim Howard breaking two bones in his back, it looks like it's going to be Brad Guzan's show for the Costa Rica & Mexico games later this month. Not sure about the three games in June though. Hopefully Howard will be ready for those.

He does get the question... not from people in the US as much as from people in the UK who forget or are unfamiliar with the fact that we have Guzan and that Friedel has been retired from international football for about a decade. The tweet he made today was probably more to preempt their questions rather than fishing for an invitation. He made a similar statement last season when he asked about it while he was on a good run of form.

Guzan should most definitely be the man for the next couple months. He deserves nothing less.

Unless people are carrying knocks, they kind of have to, you know. They have Serbia and a qualifier the next week.

The U.S. has Jamaica in a qualifier next week as well.

Should be a good match in Cleveland and tickets are $24 for end line (Sam's Army).

If you sit in the Sam's Army section, you can be under the flag. But if you have reserved seating (Sam's Army is GA), even better.

Denver will probably be better than my first qualifier and the likes of Steve Trittschuh and Bruce Murray were playing.
