Real Madrid, Wolfsburg, PSG & Benfica have punched their tickets to the Quarterfinals. Going to be perhaps two fortunate teams in the Semi's.

I believe you got a better result than you wished @TooTallMenardo. Juve blew a 2-0 (4-2 Aggregate + 2 Away Goals) 1st half lead, allowing a 73rd minute & an added time equalizing goal before surrendering two more in ET. Heartbreaking loss > rout.

Quarterfinals Draw will be on Friday the 18th. 1st Legs will be April 5th & 6th, 2nd Legs will be April 12th & 13th.

Quarterfinal 1st Leg results:

Bayern Munich 1-0 Benfica - Bayern scored in the 2nd minute & you figured the rout was on, but it was not to be.
Barcelona 2-1 Atletico Madrid - Outrageous game. As theatrical as any El Clasico over the last six years, which is a shame because it started off quite well. Expect more of the same in the 2nd Leg, but Atletico under Simeone have proved time & again they have what it takes to take down Barca.

Wolfsburg 2-0 Real Madrid - Win 2-1 at the Camp Nou, promptly lose 2-0 in Germany. Very well.
PSG 2-2 Manchester City - Another wild game, very back-and-forth. Game could've gone either way, but the result was pretty fair. Should be an exciting 2nd Leg...

Losing Matuidi for the second leg is killer. @Smudger, you know Verratti's status for next week? Heard he was injured, but don't know the extent of the injury. May need to go to a 4-1-2-1-2 for leg two. Ibra and Cavani up top, Rabiot at CAM, Lucas and Di Maria at LM and RM, Motta at CDM. Same back line.

Maybe they'll play Van der Wiel at CM? Not a ton of top flight depth for PSG this season. Losing Lavezzi mid season hurts even more.


Also, that Wolfsburg upset was amazing! Hope they can pull it off.
