how did meetshitagain do after the 97 season (SPLIT national champs)? im serious....i dont know. fill me in.

i know OSU followed their season up with another BCS bowl win and a #4 (Shouldve been 3) ranking.

They went 10-3, losing their first two games (36-20 at Notre Dame, and 38-28 to Syracuse at home) and then getting pounded by us 31-16 in The Shoe. They did, however, end up as Big Ten co-champs with us (7-1), despite having three squeakers on the road (12-9 at Iowa, 12-6 at Northwestern, and 15-10 at Minnesota).

That guy reminds me of the total joy I had last year watching Floyd lose to Oregon. The mich boards were proclaiming an undefeated season all year and then...TANK. Remember the billboard the moderator(brett) had on his signature
(emulating the buckeye 13-0 scoreboard). Absolute CLASSIC train wreck.

Since you've banned one michigan fan, I'll just pick up where they left off. I'll talk some wins/losses with you. Let me start.

UM all time: 833-274-38
OSU all time: 757-294-53

Hmm...Gee, I don't know???

I'll wager some vcash that Go Blow 4 life's IP address is eerily similar to Michwolvs#1

:ban: in 3..2..1

i think its neat the michigan fans already found this board like over a year after its creation.

of course i shouldnt brag....thats like claiming dominance in football when most of your wins came before the forward pass was even invented.

How can one find fault with a football program that permits a player to become a captain after he hits a 165 lb geek with a beer bottle.
Is that anything like admitting a 13 time convict for "the bettermeant of all involved"? Or not suspending a defensive end for at least one game for shoving a police officer?

Michigan's Gutierrez transferring to Idaho State

</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Michigan's No. 2 quarterback, Matt Gutierrez, says he is leaving the Wolverines and will play for Idaho State in the fall.
Gutierrez, who has one year of college eligibility remaining, declined to say whether he was promised the starting job for the Division I-AA Bengals but said he was certain he would never supplant Chad Henne as Michigan's top quarterback.
"I feel like in my four years (at Michigan), I've done everything I could have done and was asked to do to earn an opportunity," Gutierrez told The Ann Arbor News on Saturday. "I love to play football. I'm looking forward to being able to work toward that and succeed in that way."
<script language="JavaScript"></script> <noscript> </noscript>Gutierrez was expected to take over as the Wolverine's starter in 2004 to replace John Navarre, but a shoulder injury kept him out of the lineup. Gutierrez underwent surgery and participated in only three games in the 2005 season as Henne's backup, completing 14 of 22 passes.
Gutierrez, who played quarterback at De La Salle High School in Concord, Calif., said he didn't decide to leave the Wolverines until last week, after the team's Alamo Bowl loss to Nebraska.
Michigan will now have to decide who will become the second-stringer behind Henne.
The apparent choices are Jason Forcier, who redshirted in the 2005 season, or high school recruit David Cone, who is expected to sign a national letter of intent with the Wolverines next month.

I don't know what's better, that Gutierrez is an unhappy scUMmer and leaving Michigan, or that Grad upped this post to post the news.

It's always fun reading blasts from the past like this:

After your beloved hero Krenzel left the squad, your Bucks are left with an inexperienced and unknown passer (name please?).

Troy Smith, 2-0 vs. Michigan, bitch.

Too bad TSUN doesn't have a policy like tOSU's: You'll never lose your spot due to injury.
