Has anyone found a value with playstation plus?

Since the free period began, the only thing I've done with it was download a couple themes I don't like for free and change my avatar. I can't imagine spending real money on that so I could save $3 on a Sega Genesis game that still isn't optimized for HD resolutions. Btw, some of the "free" old games are only good as long as you have PS+.

On the plus side I'm digging Infamous and the Zombie game is decent.

If you download a lot of games from the PSN, then PS+ is a good value. If you don't, it's not for you. I have a friend who's had it for months and he says it's more than paid for itself for him. For me, it would be a waste.

I downloaded Infamous, it's pretty fun. I'm not sure which of the other three to download though. decisions decisions

Sony Giving Away Free Batman Stuff to Make Up for Bad PSN Service? That’s Fine By Me.

Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) has had a few rough weeks. Aside from the much publicized announcement by hacker group Anonymous about an impending take-down of the company’s sites because of the action they took against another hacker, Geohot, they recently had to hurdle another attack on their system where the perpetrator’s walked away with over 12,700 credit card numbers and information from 24.6 million user accounts. Other than the attacks, the company’s PlayStation Network also experienced some intermittent service due to server upgrades, much to the inconvenience of a lot of gamers.

Burnout and a bunch of DLC for $8. Pretty good deal. I am sitting here watching my kid run every car into walls and other cars, but it still looks pretty fun for only $8.
