Shopping at watch boutiques... yup. That's exactly where I'm looking for this baby:

Columbus Ohio, because, of course.

So, I learned today that it's 9600 but not a limited edition. That changes things a little bit. Dropping 10K on something that you know is going to be worth two or three times that a month later versus just dropping 10K on another watch in our current climate becomes an entirely different ballgame.

Helped pick the bones clean at Thomas Pink this morning. Almost everything is gone and no shirts in my size other than solid colors or tux shirts. Grabbed a $125 made in the UK silk tie for 19 clams. So the final haul was 2 shirts, 2 ties and a cashmere sweater: value 1085 for 217. When it shows up, I'll need to decide if it looks better with my Terry Turn On or my One Easy Piece, though wearing a tie with my "suits" will definitely negatively impact my gold chain game.

Did you get the cashmere cotton one? (Sweater)

Yeah, I see it now. I was curious how warm the cotton blend one was. (I have a pretty good.idea about the straight up )

The roll neck merino looks handy, just dunno if I need it.

I will say, the quality of everything shirts, grenadine tie and sweater seems to be very high grade. I have a friend/former investor in California who swore by them (corporate atty), which is what triggered me when I started getting banner ads for them and found out about the sale. Shame to see something like this going out of business considering that they're part of LVMH and have the necessary means to ride out the storm, but I'll take the savings if they're there.

Anything made of Merino is great and excellent for falls changing conditions. 23 degrees this morning at 7 o'clock and I wore a Merino sweater with a Helley Hanson windbreaker over top for comfort on a walk.
