What Do You Get On Your Chipotle Burrito?

I don't even understand your comment.

I cannot imagine how Taco Bell could be overpriced: it is the food of the gods.

Well, then you would probably like Chipotle. I am not a fan of either place.

I would think that NYC would have some pretty good authentic mexican joints. We have a ton down here.

NYC is awesome for real Mexican, including things like rack of lamb, conch, etc. REAL Mexican.

But Taco Bell isn't Mexican in that way to me: it is simply the delicious fuel for my life and happiness.

Strangely, gyros here almost never use lamb, and most of them are made by Middle Eastern places that use tahini instead of tsatsiki (sp?). Columbus rules at gyros.

No grinder places, and the wings are at best so-so.

I see where are you coming from. I could only do TB after a long night of drinking and that is the only place to get food that is still open. I prefer the real mexican fare to that stuff, but that's just me.

Down here there are a lot of greek places that do gyros right. There is a diner across the street from my office called the Olympia Flame that I go to once a week just get a gyro.

As for wings, there are a bunch of places to get good wings, yet the best I have had down here come from one of my favorite mexican places, Baja Cafe (if you are ever in Boca Raton, check it out, great food). Go figure.

Chipotle isn't authentic Mexican by any stretch, but to compare it to Taco Bell?! Chipotle at least uses identifiable ingredients and doesn't blow out my o-ring within hours of consuming it. That's more than can be said for Taco Bell.

Well someone needs to learn to live a little. What fun is eating something if you know what it is? And tell the truth, once you blow it out, how satisfying is that!?

The trick is to only eat it at night.

I dunno, can we give Great Post Awards for links to free Chipotle? I think this is pretty damn deserving myself.

It gets better. Go to that link and there's no need to watch the video. I went there on my break at work on Friday and they said I was free to use different coupons every time I wanted.

I usually go with steak/chicken (together is the bomb), rice, lettuce, cheese, light pico (I hate onions especially uncooked ones), cheese and sour cream. How are the beans there? I've been terrified of refried type beans since Toxic Hell served me a cold bean burrito.
