6'4" 255 BMI=31

I am not skinny but am no where near obese and the majority would not say overweight. I qualified for the best rates on life insurance.

I see to be in the normal range at 6'4" I would have to weigh 205.
I was just short of 6'5" when I entered college at a whooping 215 pounds. I was a freaking beanpole. At age 36 I was in the gym everyday and weighed 235. That would still make me overweight. This must have been done by the same doctors that think muscle turns to fat.

Didn't we have a thread on this topic before?
