What is your exercise routine?

running???


My friends have clear instructions...if they ever see me running, walking or jogging, immediately pull over and pick me up b/c something is wrong. Either the cops are chasing me, I broke down or some type of criminals are after me. No matter how you slice it, I am in trouble and I need help.


In all seriousness, I coach baseball and football. I get plenty of exercise doing that. Plus I still play baseball, football and the occasional pick up basketball game.

3 miles on the treadmill every day except saturday and sunday (1.5 before workout, 1.5 after).

M W F- arms (shoulders, biceps, triceps)
T R- Legs and Abs
S S - laps in the pool or a bike ride, depending on my mood.

Friend of mine talked me into joining her Yoga class, so i'll have to see how that goes.
