Lunch (breakfast) just occurred for me. I eat my meals at the wrong time, damned 3rd shift. Breakfast at 3:20 am, lunch around 10:30 am, dinner 6 pm. Several snacks in between. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, apple juice.

we cooked a ham last night, had that with mashed potatos, corn, rolls (with honey), and some ande's mint icecream for desert... I'll prob. have the same thing for lunch (there was enough food for six folks, only prob. is there's only my wife and myself... no kids, yet)... a bit too much food...

McDonalds value meal, Taco Bell, Wendy's value meal would all work.

If you can find a sunday paper there is a $2.00 coupon off a regular sub at quizno's... you can get regular itialian sub for $3.49 with that coupon (if it is "to-go"), that was yesterday's lunch...

I got my dinner from Speedway last night. I was getting my car worked on and had some time to kill so I walked to the nearest Speedway. Got 2 hot dogs, a 44 oz. Mt. Dew, and a Bear Claw for $3.17.

Not bad if you ask me.

And no the hot dogs weren't bad, they were fine.

went to the Dr. yesterday, he told me that im too fat, and i need to drop pounds. he has me on a 1500 calorie diet! i was eating nearly 3500-4000 per day, so i'm going to be hungry for the next few weeks until i get used to it. so for lunch today is:

Mixed Greens Salad w/ Fat Free/Flavor Free Rasberry Vinegret Dressing
1 Apple (Granny Smith-the only way to roll)
1 cup of Rice Krispies (dry)

1 SLR Robusto-i'm not cutting those out yet
