The answer to this is very specific.

Right now, I am performing a specific act to a specific thing in a specific place.

A character in a classic rock song performed the same act to the same thing in the same place.

Said classic rock song was a top-40 hit, and it is still in regular rotation on classic rock stations to this day.

The thing was the subject of a hugely popular #1 song from the classic rock era (although the song itself is not considered to be classic rock today).

Where am I and what am I doing?

Hint: By the time you read this, I will likely be done doing what I was doing and will be in a different place.

Funny story that... Had a friend (and wife) quit their jobs like 20 years ago and get CDLs. Got a call at like 3:00 AM once with him on the other end of the line saying, "You'll never guess what I'm doing right now!!!"

So, for that reason alone, it's my go-to response to where's LJB Part Deux.

you're tickling (act) johnny's balls (thing) in a burger king parking lot (place), which is what the character named marco did in the top-40 rock opera titled "marco's tickling johnny's ball again" by fabulous ricky and the lowdown dirties. "johnny's balls" was the #1 hit off of anne murray's 1976 christmas album "mommy's gotta pay for those gifts somehow."
