It's official...MSU's in the tourney. They will be a VERY dangerous 7-10 seed in the group of 64 IMO.

Depending on what they do from here on out, I'd be surprised to see them below a 6 seed.

Watching MSU show the world how to smoke Wisconsin in the second half is the worst thing that could've happened to Ohio State? Riiiight.

Unless I'm mistaken, Bucky has to come to our house this weekend. Seeing as we stayed within 3 points of them, at their place, when Oden was only in his ninth game in college (and now has 11 more conference games under his belt), I'd say you'd be smokin' some industrial-grade crack if you believe Wisconsin winning at Ohio State is a stone cold lock.

EAST LANSING, Mich. ? Wisconsin's first taste of a No. 1 ranking turned sour Tuesday. Even so, the Badgers made no excuses after falling 64-55 at Michigan State in their first game in school history as the top-ranked team in The Associated Press poll.
"I don't think that had anything to do with it," Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan said of the pressure of playing with the top ranking in the nation. "Michigan State played better."

Especially Drew Neitzel. The junior guard scored 28 points and hit several key shots in the second half to give Michigan State its first win over a top-ranked team since the Spartans defeated Indiana State in the 1979 national championship game.

That is nothing short of pathetic. Let's see...the rankings come out around 5:00 p.m. on Sunday and Wisky had lost by 9:00 p.m. on Monday. So that shirt, for all intents and purposes, was accurate for about 28 hours. The funny part is that by the time people ordered it online and it was delivered, Wisky had lost.

That is funny, but not pathetic IMO. Wiscy has never been #1 in school history. Imagine the excitement in Ohio if we had just accomplished that for our first time ever?

I very much dislike Drew Neitzel.

MSU got just about every call down the strecth. Apparently Naymick was given a free pass to push in the back all game long.

See I was going to say how much I like Neitzel. He's gritty. Also I feel like if you extended my basketball skills and abilities from where they are in proportional increments that I end up just like Neitzel. Hey I've already got the same haircut and really pale skin.

The shot by Neitzel that made the score 56-51. I can't remember seeing a ball hit the rim twice, hit the backboard, hit the rim two more times, then the backboard again, and then glance off the rim on the way through.
