    Could you? - two in the chest, one in the head.....

    Would you? - if someone was threatening my wife or daughter and I felt I had no other option, I wouldn't hesitate....

    Yes, it is the "moment of truth" that is the unquantifiable in the question. No matter how strongly, philosophically, one believes they would, it's impossible know one CAN until it happens in my opinion.

    Exactly. It's cool to get on the internet and talk tough, but if someone put a gun to my head, who knows? Though I'd like to believe that I wouldn't die on my knees.

    To protect a family member without any questions asked. Any other way hell no, which that's a harsh way to go. If anybody would like to die that way. There is plenty of gangs out there looking for new members.
