WR Braxton Miller (B1G POY, National Champion)

Midseason All-American QB

Hankins, Roby, Norwell, Mewhort, Simon, and Fragel also getting recognition from CFN, CBSSports, SI, ESPN, and Phil Steele. See linked article for details.
COLUMBUS ? Last season was the first since 1990 in which Ohio State didn't have a first-team All-American, according to the OSU record books. The Buckeyes have a good chance to get back to their All-America ways this season.

Seven different Buckeyes earned some level of All-America recognition among the midseason All-American teams I came across.

Braxton Miller is in the Heisman race but also has stiff competition for All-America teams at the quarterback position from West Virginia's Geno Smith and Kansas State's Collin Klein. But he was the first-team quarterback for College Football News.

the way he was breathing, punctured lung maybe? Hate to see injuries. Get well soon.

That was the first thing that came to mind.

I think it's possibly fractured ribs / punctured lung, but everyone else is talking head injury so who knows. But the way he was walking and breathing, and the way he was slammed down like that... that's what it seems like to me.

Terrible injury.
