Southward and tOSU scholarship limits

With everyone trying to figure out how many 2012 scholarships remain, now that the NCAA stuff is final, I'm wondering about the current status of Southward. He plans to visit other schools [Florida] and there are rumors about his academics not being in order.

What's the best guess right now on Southward actually being in the 2012 class and the likely effect on the reduced scholarship count?

FWIW, we only had 79 scholarship players last year.

Southward is in this class as of now. That's all we know. As I've said, I don't like to speculate about certain things...transfers and the academic status of recruits being two of the biggest ones. If he wants to be a Buckeye and takes care of everything in the classroom, he will be in this class.
