WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

Todays game shows he has what it takes, he just needs to get the hell out of Oakland eventually.

Oakland just dont have the coaching staff to develop players.

You realize he's not going against the first or second string defense?

This really proves nothing, and all Buckeye players aren't destined for greatness at the NFL. The "{insert struggling player's name} needs to get out of {insert city}" stuff gets annoying after awhile.. as if the only reason a Buckeye can't cut it in the NFL is due to a team/organization holding him back...

Jeez, easy Debbie Downer...I said the guy has what it takes and is showing his skills - never said greatness. Dont be so damn sensitive, were talking one player here.

And yes, given the Raiders track record the last decade they have shown that they cant mature a player. Please, tell me you really don't think that Oakland is a city a player can grow, do you? When was the last time the Raiders were dominant with a bunch of great players and a solid coaching staff?

Raiders in the last decade has had 7 - SEVEN - different head coaches. They havent had a head coach that has had a winning record since Jon Gruden!

I don't mean to compare the two in any way, but... Tom Brady had quite a noodle arm coming out of college. Very little pace on his throws. We won our first SB because of his accuracy and impeccable decision making.

NOW, after many years of practice and coaching, Brady has developed that 'zip' on his throws and cultivated a high 90s/low 100s passer rating.

Pryor needs to work on his mechanics, plain and simple. Arm strength (and pace on his throws) will come with time. It is highly unlikely that Pryor will ever develop even close to what Tom Brady is. However, as the prior (hehe) example shows us, it is possible for people to improve with good coaching and consistent effort.

AND HE DOES IT AGAIN!

Don't see anyone saying he's destined for greatness...just excited to see him do well. TP has a unique skill set that would be fun to see utilized. I'm rooting for the kid. For all of his mistakes, I never doubted his love for tOSU.
