Something just does not sit right with me on this whole thing.
JT is smart enough to know that when the Feds had finished their investigation, all this would leak to the public. I don't think he would cover anything up unless required to do so.
I believe that he fwd. the emails to legal and legal contacted the FBI. This whole situation, though looking bad for tOSU, is in the hands of the FBI and they had the entire University on do not talk.
In time, the FBI will exonorate tOSU and JT.

As much as I don't fully buy the FBI confidentiality angle, I also firmly think there is more here than meets the eye, and that it will come out before too much longer.
