While always wondering "what might have been" I'm glad to see how Maurice has bounced back after hitting rock bottom. Plenty of guys just like him, who wasted talent and opportunities, never turn it around and become productive citizens. Good for him.

Tressel? I've been hard on him over his handling of "tattoogate", but some of what he said here helped me understand why he did what he did. He still didn't handle it right, and he seems to realize it, but at least I know why now.

Finally, some of you need to stop looking for anti-OSU bias under every rock. If you try hard enough, you can always find a reason to believe your paranoia is right. The quality of this story far exceeds the standards we've grown accustomed to from ESPN towards OSU. To refer to it as a "hit piece" suggests you'll find "OSU hate" in anything about the Buckeyes. Far from it, this story was well produced and showed how Maurice really isn't a "thug", and Tressel isn't a phony.

On the last part... meh... this was a documentary made by people only loosely associated with espn. Jesse Palmer will continue to spout BS and it will continue to go unchallenged. Agree with the rest though

My only complaint with the editing was the recycled more recent footage, a lot of it pulled from Training Days, being intercut with the 2002 highlights, such as the stretch drills with Marotti and Carlos running over Stan Drayton. Another example was the clips of Mirror Lake jumps being cut as if that happens after every big win.

Geiger probably going to regret declining interviews for this to defend his position. He wound up looking the worst as a result.

And maybe he (Geiger)should.....? I followed this from 2000 miles away so maybe I'm less informed but a big part of me thinks Jim Brown's comment isn't too off the mark (and Jim freakin' Brown starred in a movie with Raquel freakin' Welch so I do give him some leeway).

Like I said, call me paranoid but Tressel and Geiger were treated like villains who abandoned Clarett in his time of need while that "entrepreneur" from LA was treated like he was a good friend who had Clarett's best interest at heart.

Maybe I'm wrong- don't really care, that's how I saw it.
