    Also, he recruited while on the staff at Miami. Knows programs/HS coaches throughout. Maybe the administration wants a guy that "gets" the U and might come at a relatively cheap salary,in comparison to Leach, Gruden, et al.

Anyway, he obviously doesn't have any HC experience that Miami is seeking, but he has ties and has solid coaching...
