I just mean to compare edge speed....maybe not production..
I hate the DE\OLB projection...Really hard to judge...I remember the failed Kam Wimbley experiment..but it is a pivotal position in a 3-4..prolly that and NT are the most important positions in a 3-4

it appears the 2014 picks is conditional in some regard per Jay Glazer on the twitters. dumb move by KC. thankfully the browns dodged a bullet.
Wow, second round or mid-round it just means another pick for the Niners in 2014. They are becoming the Patriots when it comes to draft choices. They will be able to move up and down and all over and the Browns only have 5 picks.

The stronger get stronger and the Browns get whatever. The Browns really need to do some major upgrading in free agency this year to be more competitive.

You have to be good before you can worry about trading away your backup QB for 2 2nd round picks. SF and NE are at that point. I just hope the Browns make the right moves in the draft and FA because I don't think they are that far away.

There is still time to make an even worse mistake than this would have been.

Honestly if we haven't traded for Mallet yet, then I'd say we're in OK shape (knock on wood).

I can't see how bringing in a FA DB would not be a priority at this point. Especially with the poor showings at the combine by some top defensive prospects and Milliner having a good day.

Well it helps the division is falling back a bit from where it was 2 years ago.

The Ratbirds are in cap hell, the Squeelers are old and injured and the Bungles are the Bungles.

That's my point. A successful FA season would be forcing the Ravens to pay $20 mil a year for Flacco, signing Lewis out from under the Steelers, and finding someone that has experience as a 3-4 OLB if Kruger is too expensive.
