This should be Buford's team and he really just has not put it together on the road in a long long while. He is supposed to be the 3 point threat and it's just not happening. This team will go as far as Buford's play takes them since they really have no other 3 point threat and sadly, at this point, I don't see them going very far.

It also really hurts team defense to have Buford and Sullinger out on the court at the same time all the time as neither of them are good defenders.

At least nothing matters till March.

I'm seeing a lot of that in this thread.

It's January. The team is a work in progress because they are young. I'll be worried if they aren't closing out games in March. Right now it's early in the Big Ten schedule.

BTW, Illinois is now 15-3. Same as Ohio State. It's not like they aren't a quality team.

You have to come out and play 40 minutes Take care of business in the first half and this won't happen at the end..tOSU is almost to cool on the floor..Pay Lighty to come home for a few practices..the nonchalance from playing to many cup cakes is what drives me nuts..
