I see that Forcier has finally unleashed the gun show by taking off the long sleeves, apparently he still needs the sweat bands to protect his girlish wrists though

They've been touting Tate as "looking much larger"...um, okay. BEEFCAKE!!

Quick notes from Wolverines first football practice - The Diag
-Jason Forcier has his own locker in the senior/5th year section of the locker room. If I'm not mistaken, his presence on the football team hasn't been announced yet, but this could be a pretty good indicator.
More than a dozen observations from the first University of Michigan football practice - AnnArbor.com
A quarterback note ... Denard Robinson is really, really short. Like you wouldn't be able to see him walking in front of you short. But what stood out the most about him was his speed. He appeared to be the fastest player on the field Monday during individual drills. He also has really awesome dreadlocks.
The offense, unsurprisingly, spent a bunch of time working on handoffs for the option draw. David Cone and Denard Robinson were working together. So, too, were Tate Forcier and Nick Sheridan.
Over on the defensive side, the safeties appeared to have a lot of trouble catching balls out of the Juggs machine during an interception drill. Time after time, balls would hit off of their hands and go bouncing down the field. This, too, could be the reason they aren't wide receivers. That said, one of the most impressive catches of the media session came from safety Thomas Gordon, who deftly grabbed a Juggs gun rocket with one hand.

Michigan assistant athletic director Scott Draper says the school's new indoor football facility is the tallest of its kind in the country.

Make fun if you will, but I have it on good authority that when we were recruiting Shawn Crable he walked into the WHAC, looked up, shook his head and turned on his heels.

What, was Robinson born with no arms?

I'm still trying to figure out how the head coach of a major athletic program is not aware of a recruit/player's police record.

Even if he isn't informed so he has plausible deniability, someone in the program should know.

Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez was unaware of Justin Feagin's troubles - NCAA Football - SI.com

Michigan's Rich Rodriguez says as soon as he found out Justin Feagin was getting into trouble off the field he was dismissed.

The coach also insists he didn't know about the player's previous run-ins with the law.

Rodriguez faced questions about the former quarterback on Monday as the team had its first practice on the same day the Detroit Free Press published a report about Feagin.

Why the fuck are they wearing soccer jerseys?

This has everything to do with DRod's stealth team meeting. He called the team together to explain to them that if they thought 3-9 was bad, don't report tomorrow. He went further to claim that if they wear soccer jerseys then it would explain the misinterpretation of the rules, leading to recruiting a bunch of the other type of football players. By that, I mean soccer players. That has to be it.
