Those that have seen Perry recently believe he's under rated and will be a very good player.
Ball is under rated and some like him better than Dunn. Certainly, he's a more complete running back. (can catch the ball well and has more elusiveness, speed)

I'd probably be in both of those camps. I think Perry is going to be a really good player here. I honestly think he might be a better TE/H-back prospect but out of need I think he stays at olb, where I think he will be a player as well. Also, I wouldn't necessarily say I like Ball more than Dunn, I would definitely say I think he's a much underrated prospect as a back. I'm a big fan of his.

Edit: sorry for all the typos, using the smartphone

Would love to know why 247 dropped Schutt 81 spots.

Because he wasn't as tall as they thought? Kid tore it up all week after a tremendous senior year but hey he's not Ondre Pipkins who is the prototype that has never proved it in a real game.

That's the one I was wondering about as well.

Everything else can be explained by the usual end of the year jockeying for attention (move a kid up or down a few spots) or finally getting a hold of a player's film (which is my guess for why Perry made a big leap on 247).

Isn't 247 Bucknuts new vehicle? They are basically ESPN disciples of TMZ style sports coverage with a target audience of the lowest common denominator.

Bottom line, like ESPN, it's best to just ignore absolutely everything they do.

24/7 actually has pretty good rankings IMO... I prefer Scout's still though.

Free Rivals - Final Rivals100: Breaking down the moves

Of note (as mentioned above):

9. Noah Spence
25. Adolphus Washington
64. Tommy Schutt
84. Joel Caleb
95. Se'Von Pittman

Free Rivals - Rivals100: Toughest decisions

Josh Helmholdt: After a strong performance during the U.S. Army All-American Bowl week, it was difficult to not give Glen Ellyn (Ill.) Glenbard West defensive tackle Tommy Schutt a bump in the latest rankings update. Schutt was consistently among the top performers on the East squad, but at the end of the week we felt he was still the same guy we thought he was coming into the Army Bowl. We have always had Schutt among the highest 5.9-rated prospects in the country, and he stays in that range in this latest update.
