2019 Week 7 CFB Open Thread

I guess Kyle wasn't up to the Trask against LSU.

I'll just show myself out....

So late night guesstimate of playoff scenario at about the halfway point;

B1G: OSU in drivers seat with many quality opponents left
B12: OU should go undefeated
ACC: Clemson ain't losing before the playoffs (unless USCe gets another scalp?)
SEC: East-UF/GA game is for that side of the bracket, West- LSU vs Bama the next weekend
Pac12: riiiiight
ND: That 1 loss not looking so good. OSU or OU would have to slip up to give them life.
Looking forward to the WI game.

We get to plunger NW next week. They'll do the same to IL.

It'll be a test and some damn good B1G football.

Yes it did.
Disagree. The ball moved when his arm hit the ground....but the ball itself never touched. I just watched the replay on watchespn.com. There's an angle from the FG post area that makes it highly improbable the ball was being held in a way where it could have touched the ground. I phrase it this way because you can't actually see if it does or doesn't.....but if you just look at the shape of the football it's pretty impossible that it's wide enough to be held the way he's holding it and to also touch the ground [start at 2:34:37 and different angle at 2:34:53]. There's another angle from the back corner closest to the players that shows the point of the ball never touches on the initial landing [start at 2:34:24].

Im gonna yuck it up regardless cuz i have no effect on the result and it's a meteor game

Never suggested anyone could change the outcome.

But later in the season it was funny as guys bitched about ND going to the playoff after giving me shit for saying we should hope scUM beats them when they were playing each other. We'll see if anyone learned anything about looking at the big picture. I won't be holding my breath.

B1G:Sounds about right. I know Sparty probably had zero left in the tank but I still didn't expect them to get dispatched like that against the Badgers.
B12:OU could get tripped up by Boone Pickens State but they should probably roll. Any game that forces hurts to throw anything other than swing passes would make me nervous as a Sooner fan though.
ACC: Clemson should definitely sleepwalk through that schedule. USCe maaayyyy have a shot if they get their freshman QB back. No shot in hell otherwise.
SEC: Bama has two eventual tomato cans (Arkansas and Tennessee) before their eventual shootout with LSU. Bama gonna win that 60-35. SEC East...ehhhh who gives a fuck. Anyone who comes out of that is going to be too flawed to compete with Alabama. You saw a preview of what would happen to Florida if they played Alabama, and Kirby Smart is too much of a headcase to beat Alabama. They'll get up on the Tide 24-7 only to blow it in the final minute do to coaching fuckery.
ND: Done unless a couple of conference champions have more than 1-loss imo.

Edit: Pac-12: Forgot about them. Rightfully so.
