Lol wow. Leaving Texas for Marquette. That is actually a perfect fit for Shaka- Big East, mid-tier with some access to Chicago. Hilarious slap to UT, though.

Also, what’s the deal with the pump towards Marquette? Saw some other article saying Porter Moser (Loyola) should take that job instead of IU because it’s the better job...nevermind that Crean left Marquette in 2008 to join IU at the lowest point in program history.

He is gonna have a rough first couple years but none of that says anything about how good of a hire he will be long-term.

Realistically I don't think PSU was gonna land some huge splash of a name that would keep Chambers' guys there when they can transfer without penalty, so smart to go with a guy with good pedigree who has a decent shot at pulling off a rebuild.


Good. Seton Hall plays them early in the 2021-22 season... I think that's their opener
