I'm starting to think that the BIG 10 is playing it safe and waiting to see if this season will "take care of itself" before they hand down anything. If SCUM loses at Penn State, or if they lose at home to OSU then there are no championships to worry about vacating later on. If this is their chosen approach (and the Skunk Bears beat both Penn State and OSU) then the BIG 10 can literally hand down a suspension (or vacate a few wins) on Saturday November 25th at 5:00 p.m. and give the BIG 10 East Champ enough time to prepare. Would it look "petty"? Perhaps, but I'm guessing no one will care considering how Michigan has disrespected BIG 10 authority by stonewalling any investigation as well as sending their "minion" reporters out to flood the fanbase with garbage.
This won't happen. The B1G is made up of the member institutions.

I hate guys that reply to their own posts, but I remembered something that confirms The Oracle is NOT Ken Stickney aka NevedaBuck, so here we are.

In a follow up post in the Eleven Warriors thread, The Oracle praises the Buckeye Huddle guys (Orr,Gerdeman,Gilver and Noon) as responsible journalists and links a video below from last Friday. The short video details Orr and Gerdeman's clear expectation that another shoe will drop on this scandal and why it might be taking longer than we would hope for. It's good context for the topic of this thread.

I don't want to go into great detail, but in short the BH guys were Barton and Stickney's original partners in Buckeye Scoop, but staged a mutiny when Stickney paid an OSU player for inside information. The BH guys lost and Barton and Stickney kicked them out of Buckeye Scoop. Stickney would NEVER praise the BH guys. The Oracle of Eleven Warriors is NOT Ken Stickney.

Sorry for the minor thread hijack.
I wish Kirk Barton wasn't on the wrong side of this BS. He has unique insight.

My IANAL, but I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night take from following the reports is that there is an explicit rule preventing this in game, but not from the stands at other teams games. However, that doesn’t make it not against the rules because they shouldn’t need a rule preventing it other games because no one should have the opportunity to use electronic devices there because they shouldn’t be there.

It will take teams of lawyers and six or seven figures to get to the bottom of how the rules as written should be applied.
It's not explicitly stated that you can't record at another team's stadium, because it's already against the rules to scout future opponents in advance in the first place.

You don't get to break rule #2 "legally" by breaking rule #1. That's not how it works.

@dragurd he's saying he is on film on someone else's sideline - that tweet "try again" is saying Stalions was NOT on another B1G teams sideline. It's another OOC team, supposedly.

Lots of crap with 0 proof.

UM is reaching Paterno tier but Buckeye Twitter is reaching Q Anon tier
I think he is trolling and saying he is on Michigan's sideline against a B1G opponent.

EDIT: Disregard by stupid ramblings. See below for Wyld Stallyns in disguise.
