Quick question: Do we have permission to use that emoticon? Most come from free use sites ... hopefully this does as well.

Good Jlow. We definently want permision to use FIRST. Let us know what you find out.
Secondly, the emoticon as presently displayed is linking to the deviantart web site. This is 'leeching' and we do NOT want to do such a thing. I say that as it pertains to the emoticon IF we are allowed to use it as part of our 'set' of icons here at BuckeyePlanet. If someone posts it in a singular fashion, then so be it. BUT, we do not want this as part of our 'list' of icons if it links to the deviantart site. If we gain permission to use, then we need to upload this graphic to our server and host it locally.
EDIT: I see we have permission ... great. I will take down the icon for the time being and reload it after it is 'hosted' on our server.
