I can't wait for the day that UC fans have the passion/dedication/obsession for their football team like OSU fans have for their team. This town would be up for grabs. It's amazing. I swear, I'm still getting an email every minute or so from OSU fans about yesterday's conversation. I think Buckeye Mike must be passing along my email to family and friends.

BTW, this isn't the work of some message board poster with photoshop. This is what the school is actually putting up on their scoreboard during games.

Miami of Ohio hates us because they think, all evidence to the contrary, that they're too good to be us.
Ohio U. hates us because they desperately want to be us.
UC hates us because they actually think they ARE us, but no one will recognize it.

The hardcore delusional UC fans have convenient amnesia. They forget about the fact that they got OWNED in their BCS game last year. Not just beat, but slapped around like little bitches.

They just don't have the depth to compete with top 20 teams on a regular basis.

I can say for sure that Cincy would not score more than 14 points against Ohio State's defense.

Honestly the fact that Oregon State lost this game is amazing. They shot themselves in the foot more often than Cincy stopped them.

UC is a good football team but like another poster said they don't have the depth that many top 10-15 programs have even if some of their starters are very good. ORST, which is a decent team, slowed down their offense more than I expected and I think most elite team Ds would be able to get to Pike and shut down the running game to hold them to ~14.

This will show yet again when UC goes to the Orange Bowl and plays (probably) Miami and loses by 10-20 points again. And I like Kelley as a coach, but they are not there yet as a program to be talking as much crap as they do. Kelley runs an exciting offense and has a good marketing program, but that is about it. He does not have the recruiting yet to play with the big boys as we saw with Okie last year and as we'd see if they played any top 7 team this year.

Unfortunately, even though most of my friends don't want to believe it, Kelley will probably leave before that program really gets to a WVU level that RichieRod had.
