That's annoying. I'm a fan of only asking for what you are giving unless it's for war. I almost always just request "anything" and use them up in attacks. Usually when people give dragons i'll save them for defense.

Thats pretty much what i do exactly in regards to the healers and giants. The problem i run into are the troops in their clan castle. They always come out of nowhere and wipe me out.

you have to learn to pull their clan castle (cc) troops out to the edge and kill them off before you start your assault on the base.


couple tips:

upgrade EVERYTHING to max before you level up your town hall. this includes your walls. yes, they are expensive. DO IT.

rushed town halls are easy pickings. i have a nearly maxed out th7, and i feed on rushed th9s. i might have to hit 'next' 80 times, but that's where i get the vast the majority of my resources.

don't be stupid with your gems. save them for builder huts.

if you are having trouble raiding, drop down a hundred trophies or so. remember, trophies don't matter, resources do.

best raiding strategy is just use 1/3 barbs, and 2/3 archers. look for full collectors and bases with the th outside.

queue up your army in your barracks before you go raiding. as soon as you drop your troops, they start cooking.
this will reduce your down time.

protip: you can effectively hide elixir by queuing up expensive troops when your army camps are full.
even better than that, you can queue up troops that you are upgrading right before the research is finished. once they are upgraded, cancel the queue, and you are refunded the higher price. free elixir is never a bad thing. it's not much, but every little bit helps.


edit: some fun facts: Supercell is a small company in Helsinki. they only have 95 employees.
however, they have 8.5 million daily players, which is a million more than the behemoth that is known as World of Warcraft, and they make about $2.5 million per day. good gig, if you can get it.

I need to dump a bunch of trophies so I quit getting hit by high level players. Hard to farm and grow when all my booty keeps getting taken. I seem to get right to the point to do my upgrade I want and boom here comes an attack
