Dan Gilbert - Calls out ESPN

I love it. Espn has some serious idiots working there

By the way, Lebron is not going anywhere. His mom's cousin works for me and he wants to bring a title to cleveland as long as gilbert spends the money to upgrade the cav's

The media is almost as bad as the politicians in the USA

exactly what mess did he create? he took over at the early/middle of the season. yet another blazing example of your ignorance.

Firing a head coach in the middle of a playoff race constitutes a "mess". But I guess for Cleveland fans, such ignorance is par for the course. Of course, you have no frame of reference for how a franchise is supposed to act. :slappy:

No wonder you have -150,000 rep points. :slappy:

Not sure what that has to do with a city having the dumbest fans, but whatever. :roll1:

It has to do with the dumbest member.

Well, the dumbest fans don't have to include the dumbest individual fan. For example, Pittsburgh could have one really stupid fan (me) and the rest which are reasonably intelligent. In contrast, Cleveland is filled with your simple dumbasses and nobody intelligent. Therefore, Cleveland would beat out Pittsburgh in terms of stupidity.

Follow that logic? :roll1:

Cleveland was already on a downward spiral when Silas was fired, so he didn't create the mess as the Cavs were already in it.

Well, since morons have a tendancy to flock together, and you're in Pittsburgh...

Ah, the stupidity of cleveland fans continue. Your clueless owner blames others for the mess he's created and you follow him like sheep. :slappy:

No wonder the city has gone the longest without a major championship.
I'm not a Cleveland fan. And I don't follow anyone "like sheep". But I hear you're often right behind sheep, because you "like sheep".

I love Dan Gilbert... he pretty much called out the national media for their speculation about LeBron leaving. I truly hope the Cavs are the one to bring a championship to Cleveland because this guy has really put his money where his mouth is. The Cavs now have the 2nd highest payroll in the league I believe, and Gilbert is shelling out alot of cash because of it. He truly is a committed owner.

For the most part (Phoenix Suns and their luxury cap phobia aside),high payroll in the NBA is more of a sign of financial mismanagement than it is owner's willingness to spend. Most NBA teams are over the cap but want to get under, not so much to cut costs, but to be able to sign free agents. Cavs have some of the worst contracts in the NBA on their roster.
