Man, I hope this info is correct! Our D-line class is going to be phenomenal (sp?). While we're talking about Bucknuts, I've just about lost all respect for that site. It's not even worth going over there, like talking to a bunch of 14 crybabies. It is rediculous how many recruits get slammed for not choosing tOSU. Completely classless, imho. Sorry for the rant...now back to Wilson.

Thanks for the scoop, Nevada. Wilson will make for another solid pickup in this class. We've got a really solid, solid bunch here when you look at the whole list. Kudos to JT and the staff. They're earning their checks in a big way. :)

great news Nevada and Alan. thanks for the great work. i hope it turns out to be accurate tomorrow. LW would look great coming off the edge in S&G at Chad Henne.
i'm a pretty avid bucknutter, but after the way people on that board treated Alan and his info yesterday, i may find myself over here a lot more. now i just have to completely figure out how to use everything on this board! :)

you can probably have a toss-up between him and Frost for that athletic TE. i have a feeling that they will leave Frost at TE and Wilson will be at DE. either way it's just another example of the importance this staff puts on versatility. they seem to love athletes that can play multiple positions.

It's not that I don't believe you Alan & Nevada, because I have the upmost respect for both of your opinions and sources, but I'll remain casually optimistic on Lawrence. You two bring so much to this site. Thank you fellas! Keep up the great work and keep us informed!

I'm not counting this chicken as part of our class until he hatches with a Buckeye ball cap on his head tomorrow. If Wilson commits to the Bucks, this could arguably be the best D-line haul we've had since modern recruiting rules came into effect. Be a part of our Buckeye family Lawrence!!

I have lurked on BN for years and joined BP last summer. Since this is my first post on BP, I want it to be positive.


Besides the actual games themselves, following recruiting is my favorite thing associated with OSU football. It's like the season never ends and we get to enjoy recruiting wins (and losses) throughout the year. Getting the insights of AlanP, NevadaBuck, HH, Duane, etc. is the icing on the cake. Whether they ultimately can predict what an 18 year old like Wilson will do is irrelevant. Passing on what they hear, know, etc. is why I joined these sites.
