Derrick "LLL" Green (RB ttun transfer to TCU)

I like Dunn and Ball......

But IMO Derrick Green is better already as a junior......

Things looks real good right now, hope like hell we land him. Quick thought though. I know everyone thinks Urby is the next tOSU coach, but Meyer has never had this kinda RB talent even if we miss out on Green. Just throwing that out there.

Well, think of it like this. We will have several powerbacks on our roster with a speed QB. At Florida, he had speed backs with a power QB. It would be the same dimension with the roles reversed. Plus, I like the thought of spreading the field, making a defense play 5 and 6 defensive backs try to tackle a 230 or 240 pound back. Can't do it? Okay, go ahead and bring in a big front 7 to stop the big RB's, but good luck catching Braxton! I really like the thought of a "power-spread."

Can't say I agree with Green being better than Dunn or Ball but he'll be a terrific pickup.

Dunn is a load and Ball has all the talent in the world plus just a physical monster.

Green has a ways to go but looks good. He's faster than both but think Ball and Dunn are ahead of him.

It's better to have and not need than need and not have. Lets hope we have Dunn, Ball, and Green.

Scout $ - Derrick Green Blowing Up

11/8

By The Bank.....Recaps his visit to Ohio State for the Wisconsin game & says it has been his best visit yet. Spoke with the coaching staff & former teammate Curtis Grant, who thanked Derrick for telling him about Ohio State (). Recently offered by North Carolina, will be visiting Penn State this weekend & Tennessee the following.

As proven this season, you can NEVER have too many running backs. Yes, my guess is that there is plenty of room at Ohio State for all three (Ball, Dunn, and Green).
