ESPN lobs another grenade ... B.J. Barre

Am I the only one who hears these guys talk about how little work they got away with doing, and thinks that they were just lucky enough to fall into some union gigs?
:slappy:

Could they find anyone with less credibility? This is to the that's it's so absurb it's almost not real. Next I expect ESPN to trot out Walter and Bentley and blame their troubles on Tressel and his bribing Youngstown gangsta ways.

BJ Barre is a name that should strike fear into the hearts of OSU fans.

He is obviously the "deepthroat" of this whole investigative piece put together by the crack journalists at ESPN.
So, a guy named BJ is "Deepthroat".

It's just too easy to ask how that happened.

And I've gotta replay the old joke:

Nixon saw Deep Throat twice because he wanted to get it "down Pat".

For the very young, that was his wife's name.

... perhaps they are unfamiliar with the conscept of "construction". no work/high pay jobs are the foundation of the construction industry. bet they would have shit themselves if they found out how much that guy holding the "slow/stop" sign was making . apparently they are unaware that as being one of the 5 guys watching the 1 guy dig they are playing an integral part of construction. this isn't special treatment, this is the basis of construction!

j/k my stepdad is a construction worker. well... most of it is kidding =P

the thing i love about this story the most is how ignorant it makes the ncaa look.

ncaa: so where did you get all this money MoC?
MoC: umm.. i don't know... some guy.
ncaa: oh, ok. thats all we needed, case closed. obviously no wrong doing going on here! sorry to have taken up so much of your time sir. thanks again!

its amazing anyone ever gets punished for anything! all you have to do when they ask you a question is say "i don't know" and it all goes away!!! :slappy:
page one

How do we go about getting the word of these guys out to the public. I would think Herbie would be looking for a way to help clear his alma mater's name.
This would require ESPN having an interest in portraying the positive side of the OSU program. Not going to happen.

Here's a question, if ESPN thought their original story had enough teeth to it, then why do they feel the need to continously try and validate that story? What's their end game?
