Looks like this seasons edition is up & running. The start of the season is still a month away (Starts Saturday August 17th), so no need to rush or anything, but is anyone interested in running this back again ? I'm game as always, but just wondering what everyone else thinks. Might as well get the ball rolling if we're going to do this again, so just starting up some dialogue if we are. What do you guys think ?

I was snooping around the site & all you have to do is confirm that all of your information when you signed up before is correct. It's basically just a check in the box type of thing and only takes a minute or so.

Ladies and gents, it's going down again. The Fantasy Premier League will be returning for the 2013-2014 season.

We will be using the official website again at fantasy.premierleague.com.

If you played last year, all you will have to do is renew your account and join the league again. Use your same logon creditials and all of your personal information should still be there.

If you didn't play last year, feel free to make an account and join up! The more the merrier.

Either way, you will have to rejoin the league. You will go to the http://fantasy.premierleague.com/my-leagues/ section after you sign in and click on join private league. The league code is: 80015-24047

Please post your team name here when you join so that we know who is who. If you guys know how big of a Chelsea fan I am it should be easy to tell my team :biggrin:

Let the banter begin, I'll be making a new thread as the season approaches.

I'm trying to get my team back in the league but it seems to insist that I pick a squad first. I'm not picking a squad today. Is there a way around it?

Last year I joined a few hours before the season began so this wasn't an issue. :wink2:

EDIT: Auto complete gets you in and you can change the entire roster before the first week. The Sons of Pitches are in, looking to improve on my rookie season. At least I know more than about 10 players, now. :lol:

That makes five now. We need some more to make this interesting. Jake, who didn't know a thing about the EPL going into last season was in 1st place for about half the season, so that should alleviate some concerns about not knowing anything about this if you're on the fence about it.

If you're curious about how to watch these games live on TV & online here's a great link about that below this text. To sum it up, you're basically getting a live game every fixture time there is one on NBC, or NBC Sports Network. The games that are going on at the same time that aren't on either of those two channels, you'll be able to see on Extra Time if your Cable Provider carries it (Which is quite a few of them & they're listed on the link). You can also watch those same games not on the two main channels through Live Streaming available online for a lot of the same providers as well, it just depends on which one you have.

To put it simply, you'll be able to see most every match you want to.
