Griffin can kiss my fat white ass. Roy Williams isn't better than either one of them. As far as them having the edge because he believes in his teammates...

The one guy who did pick OSU at least gave Texas record against 10 top teams under Mack. Which I guess "is a fact" albeit not much of one.

Just irks me to watch these "experts" give their OPINIONS and back them up with OPINIONS...

What is great is that a 5th guy (the moderator) who doesn't know shit either, scores their answer or decides who wins the debate, etc.

The show is more like "sports entertainment" than accurate sports reporting.

It pisses me off the most because this is the kind of job I aspire to have someday. I'd love to write about sports for a living, I cant imagine a much better job for myself. But these people arent even interesting. They talk about the same boring crap everyday and it only requires a closed minded opinion to be on the show.

For those that don't know it, here are the lyrics to "The Eyes of Texas are Upon You":

"In the Eyes of the Ranger, the unsuspecting stranger,
had better know the truth of wrong from right.
'Cause the eyes of the Ranger are upon you, any wrong you do he's gonna see.
When you're in Texas, look behind you, 'cause that's where the Ranger's gonna be."

It can be downloaded here: http://www.kfcplainfield.com/sound/walker.wav

That's actually pretty damn funny !!:tongue2:

Good point. Followed by consecutive losses to Wisconsin and Iowa, and then Purdue. The Buckeyes were significant underdogs at home against the Michigan O machine, and the game was not close. And this Buckeye team followed that up with a thorough trashing of an OK ST team that was an 8 point favorite in the Alamo Bowl. These late season victories came at a time when the national media (especially ESPN) was thoroughly trashing our coach and our school. In spite of this adversity, this team kept rolling along, and that momentum had carried over to the Miami game. The difference this year is that there is no more distraction concerning Clarett, boosters, Trev calling for Tressel to resign, and on and on.

Ginn is not a bad route runner, and miles ahead of where he was at this point last season. If the national media and the Longhorn players believe that Ginn is all there is, then somebody is in for a rude awakening. Running good routes IMO will result in a Buckeye rout. This is not being disrespectful, this is how I see this game playing out with these teams in this venue. If I took this to a Texas board, then one could argue about being disrespectful. This is the 2nd round of the Div 1A playoffs, and the Buckeyes are fortunate to have a big game coach along with Big Mo at a home field venue. IMO, this game will not be close.

Reality

Ced Griffin needs to shut his trap after the way he was manhandled in the Rose Bowl by Edwards.

Huff is our best CB but usually lines up at safety. He shut down Mark Clayon last year.

Ginn is a great WR but to say that Roy is better is very reasonable. Definitely different types of WRs though.

AJ needs to watch what he says as well: On ESPN he just said that they have more experience against running QBs because they have played people like Ell Roberson in the past. It's a little different tackling 5'11", 190 lbs Ell and 6'5", 235 lbs. VY.

Your special teams vs ours scares me.

The Okie light team that you played was beat down at that point of the season. They were dominated by Aggie at home, completely destroyed in the 2nd half against UT, beat by OU in a heartbreaker and beat by TXTech. They lost 5 of their last 7 games including the bowl.

We didn't lose the heart of our defense that beat Michigan. We lost a safety that is replaced with a better athlete and an All-Everything LB that had a bad Rose Bowl. A. Harris may be a better LB than Hawk this year.

Will be a great game decided by turnovers and special teams.
