Intoxicated man borrows car, drives to police station
  • A man who borrowed a car and drove to the Township Police Department in search of his own car found himself facing multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated, according to Township Police Department.

Kurt J. Lerrann, 58, believed his car had been towed to the police department headquarters and borrowed a car to drive there in an attempt to locate it on May 2, police said.

When Lerrann arrived at the police department, he showed signs of intoxication and was given field sobriety tests, police said. He failed the tests and police charged him with driving while intoxicated.

Lerrann was also charged with failure to comply with license restrictions, failure to install an interlock device on his car and failure to exhibit a driver's license, police said.

He was released to the custody of a friend, and has a pending appearance in Township Municipal Court.

I still cannot believe a week ago that a passenger riding on the COTA (Columbus) Zoo Bus got off the bus after it was rear-ended and attacked/robbed the teen driver (who rear-ended the bus).

It was free admission to the zoo, in addition to free bus service to the zoo (so "free-free").

PERRY Township, Ohio — A father taking his child on a free trip to the zoo Sunday allegedly robbed a teenager and was arrested on the way.

Police took Marcus Adams into custody Sunday morning for aggravated robbery after the bus he was on was rear-ended by a new driver.

Florida may have 4 times Oregon's population but when we get our freak on here it it is hard to beat (Rajneeshees, Tonya Harding, Claud Dallas, Bigfoot, DB Cooper are some of the more obvious ones). Decapitating your mum--on Mother's Day-- and then driving to the local grocery sets a new bar. People think Portland is weird. Boy do they keep it real in the rural communities!

A Clackamas County man is accused of decapitating his mother at their home on Mother's Day, then going to a nearby supermarket, where witnesses described him walking in with an 8-inch knife in one hand and a severed human head in the other hand.

Guy sues woman for $17.31 after a bad date (cost of movie ticket).

I'm going to assume that this is going to be this guy's last date...ever.

ROUND ROCK, Texas — A Texas man is suing a woman he went on a date with for the price of a movie ticket after he says she texted through the film and left him at the theater.

Brandon Vezmar filed the claim for $17.31 last week. The 37-year-old tells the Austin American-Statesman he met the woman online and they went to see “Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2” on May 6. He says the 35-year-old woman refused to stop texting. Vezmar says he suggested she step outside to text. The woman then left the theater and never returned.
