The Ozone - New Jerseys
My take:
Might be too early to judge, as these are NOT the authentic game jerseys... but rather the fan replicas (baggy, long sleeves, screen print numbers, etc).
I do not like those stripes on the sleeves (tho I'd love it on the pants... instead of thick black stripes).

I'm not crazy about the number location, but until we see the official jersey with tiny sleeves, it's hard to judge (the numbers on the side of the player, but at the top, might look fine.

I would imagine the away jerseys would be identical, with white fabric and scarlet numbers. The stripes would look better on that jersey... but only by a little bit. The stripe pattern just does not lend itself well to a wide shoulder pattern.

I said this in another thread to, but if you look at the sleeve the stripe seems to match the stripe that is on the helmet. Again it could have been allot worse. Just hjave to wait and see how it look on game day.

There is a BN premium pic of the actual jersey, but I'm not sure I can post it (sorry)... I'm sure another official pic will surface soon.
the design of the jersey is actually pretty decent, other than the fact that grey is gone. basically the number/stripe location works... but I still prefer the old stripes. One-piece suit (complete with leg holes like other nike uni's), but I didn't notice a diaper effect. It looked to be entirely drifit rather than two tone like UM last year.

good find. They better match the stripes on the pants after making this change to the jersey.
I won't hold my breath that the matching shiny grey pants will return, however.

I know this was commented on in another thread but I thought it deserved one of its own. I personally do not care for them to much. I have the throw back Cris Carter jersey and the stripes on the sleeve are similar. I really do not like the numbers off of the shoulder either.

I wish I could find a pic of one of the "designer" jerseys that were available at one time and that some folks wear to the games (I've seen them in TV crowd shots, but never close enough to get a decent image capture). The scarket jersey has grey numerals with white trim (numerals have a squarish shape), and the sleeve stripes are one thick grey stripe bordered top and bottom by a single thin white stripe with some separation between the stripes. I think it also has a Buckeye leaf on the sleeves. Now those were sharp and would look killer with the silver version of our pants, and of course our great helmets.
