the jerseys are almost exactly like the cris carter field general throwback jerseys nike did 2 years ago..same stripe color and location..only diff. is the new ones have numbers on the sleeve...i don't like the fact the gray is missing..at least trim the collar with it or something..like the plain numbers and all...but you are right the authentic ones will look different..don't be surprise in the away jerseys have red piping on them..like UM and the maize..

Basically, all they did was replace the old stripes on the sleeve with the exact stripes from the helmet and pants (the black stripes on the pants are a little thicker though). That's why there's no gray. Now, the jersey matches the rest of the uniform. The old one looked good though, and the new one will take some getting used to. I don't think it's bad though.

I guess that pic is now making its rounds, that was the one from the BN $ board (from the BN staff I believe). It's pretty sad that the-ozone and ohiostatebuckeyes.com both failed to take a decent picture of the jersey.

I'll wait to see the jersey's on top of pads, tho I'm sure I'll always like the old ones. I remember the numbers looking very tiny on the new michigan jerseys... and they didn't look too bad in real life.
