Is 3 something you could re watch multiple times like 1?

More special effects and perhaps more one-liners than the first "Iron Man".

I don't think as much good 'acting' as in the first one, IMO. You don't get the process where he's discovering stuff (inventing the suit).

And you don't get the nifty Burger King cheeseburger scene (product placement). Kidding, but if I just left captivity and wanted a burger, Burger King wouldn't have been my first choice in California.

True, in fact it might be the worst possible burger choice. In-N-Out, Carls Jr, etc. Classic scene though.

Halfway through the Hobbit. Enjoyable adventure, entertaining characfters and a much different feel from the first/later trilogy), though I haven't read the book to quibble with its accuracy.

My wife was the first one to notice the low-budget green screen look of the action scenes (and even when Bilbo is looking up at Gandalf with a blue sky behind). Apparently it looked great in 3D but this was the tradeoff (regular Blu-ray viewing at the Winslow household).

Hey, the product placement worked for me. Within a few days in 2008, I went to Burger King to try to figure out which cheeseburger he was eating in the movie (Iron Man).

Wasn't a double and wasn't the cheap one ($1.29 one). Only hints you get.

Look for the Captain America Easter Egg if you watch "Iron Man 3" in theaters. I didn't see the Easter Egg, but everyone else did.

Not sure why the hell I agreed to see this movie, but it was definitely the worst thing I've watched in a long time.

The Alamo (2004)

Great cast, and really held my attention through out the whole 2.5 hours. There are some artistic license types of issues when looking at the actual history of the battle, but overall a good representation of what went down. I think I said this before, but I love historical movies like this.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I enjoyed the avengers but still think Ironman 1 was on another level.

Just saw it and yes, I would watch it again. Not too plot heavy, not too action heavy (although there's quite a bit of both) and the little things you may have missed are worth the re-throughs.

I give it a 7.5/10.

Iron Man 3 did not deliver as an ending to the series (if it really is).

No character development.
No SHIELD presence (even when the President was in danger).
40 different suits, that anyone can wear?
C'mon!
I hope Avengers 2 is much better.

I saw that in the theatre and to me it was like watching some cheesey movie on the Sci-Fi channel. Also, having lived in Alaska some of the inconsistencies of the locations in the movie contradicted where they supposedly were in the movie. I guess it would be like you watching a movie based in Detroit but filmed in Texas.

I was hoping for some more wolf violence, so in that respect, I was disappointed. Having never lived in Alaska, the location problems you saw were lost on me.

Don't worry Dub, he's never lived in Detroit either, so the location issues for a film based in Detroit but filmed in Texas would be lost on him too....
