The perfect guy would've been Glen Dorsey but a linebacker could work as well. I could envision James Laurinaitis as a pretty good cover boy for EA.

My guess is Crabtree, Stafford, or Sanchez:grr: I'd be surprised to see a defensive player. If it's any of those 3 guys, Crabtree would be my pick.

I did this over a month ago. I just didn't feel like starting the '10 thread that early.

I wonder if they are still taking names. Cuz I know Herbie & Corso were in EA Studios about a week ago to lay the voice tracks, so it might be too late.

But it would be cool to hear your name. I know my name is not a common name and I have never seen it in EA before. And you know you would HAVE to recruit a guy with your last name and start him no matter how bad he might be, just to hear your name said by Herbie or Corso.

I would think that only Nessler would say the actual names as Herbie and Corso just stick to the color commentary.

The thing I would like to see most from '10 would be more positions available in the Campus Legend mode. I play the shit out of this. I have made a player at each position in just about every conference and even have multiples at some positions. I love the first-person gameplay with a sports feel as opposed to only finding first person previously in RPG or shooter games. But, what I really want is to be an OL like Pace and pancake the shit out of people, or be a kicker and make the game-winning 52 yard field goal, with 60+ yard punts, that would be great if they could build on that. I doubt we'll see much improvement here, but that is something I would like.

After playing a lot of online games in the two PS3 dynasties here, I have simple request.

I'm begging...EA, I'm on my knees BEGGING...give the defense some time to choose their play online! Offline, the defense gets 12 seconds. That's perfect. Online it's less, and given the little bit of lag, I end up just selecting Man-Cover or Cover 2 more often than I want to because I'm using too much time getting the right personnel on the field.

Camera flashes are great and endzone art is wonderful. But fix the gameplay and add other more important features that will improve football play; THEN add the other stuff. Start with more sliders that actually impact the game.
