If I'm Ohio state I give Chris what he wants.. take him down everywhere and put up some weirdo wearing a #36 jersey. It may sound like a great idea to sue but you better believe Chris will be disappointed when he strolls campus one day and finds all traces of him are removed. Because that's what will happen instead of OSU paying royalties

Not sure how you can say it's not free when it obviously clearly is. These kids could be replaced tomorrow in D1 with kids from D3 that'd be more then willing to play in the current system. The kids 1000% do not make this game go and I'd watch our bucks if LVbuckeye was running slant routes instead of Parris Campbell.

Where does it stop tho? OSU i would imagine uses images of him from his scholarship days so not sure how they're breaking any rules.

Without the d1 structre Chris would have none of what he has today. None.

I get why he would want to be compensated but did he even ask before filing a lawsuit to either take them down or compensate? Perhaps he did and OSU said fuck off who knows.

Tired of greed these days... people and their lawsuits for pointless [Mark May]. Chris got his due 10 fold from OSU.

I think maybe you should read more about Chris's lawsuit. It has nothing to do with OSU using his likeness for themselves, it is about them plastering sponsors names on his likeness. In addition, it isn't about the money -- any proceeds are going to OSU, not to Spiels.
