Couldn't capitalize on the UC mistake. Maybe another timeout will work for another comeback. Gotta get the lead soon though.

In other news, another no-no in the MLB. Verlander this time.

It's amazing what happens when all of the players come off the juice isn't it? :paranoid:

I don't know what's going on in their minds, but the defensive play needs to tighten up, and the service errors need to go way down to stay in this. Our attacks are great, we're just running into some excellent blocking.

The Gauchos won the first set......or game of the match (?). However, OSU won in the category of facial hair and underarm hair......

Seriously, OSU won the kill/hitting category, if they could get a serve in, USCB would be heading for home. Oh yeah, we also won the chagrined looks when we serve out.....

To my uneducated eye, OSU has the better players, but USCB seems to be able to play as a team and within themselves. An expert no less than Karch Kiray (a legendary beach and Olympic volleyball player here in Cali) said as much, only he said it that OSU better start getting some serves in.

Duh.......
