The play he went down on was in the middle of the field. Besides, we all know that JT's injuries have more to do with Urban's gameplan putting him in multiple positions to get injured.

If he got injured before the game, maybe running him into the ground during the game didn't need to be the core of the game plan.

I have misplaced my pants.
I'm not sure this is the case, but have you ever had an injury that made you ask yourself whether you could do some action, then you convince yourself you can do it? If it's a "minor" injury, Barrett likely was able to convince himself and everyone else that he can still play. And he may have even been 100%. But one wonky hit in the third quarter and that may have dropped to 50%. That hit may not have hurt him otherwise. Or maybe it would have. They may be completely unrelated.
