This is why I love recruiting. Where the heck did this kid come from. NOW the BN fruit loops will say we are reaching for this kid, this is why we can't beat SEC teams, etc but look at this kids 3 offers and his measurables. You don't get an offer from Stoops, Pelini, and JT without having some skills.

I cannot begin to imagine that while scheduling a flight to Nebraska, to give a committment no less, receiving The call from your dream school. What a feeling that must be. Congrats on the offer!

I played at a high level of competition in high school, and have been following recruting for more than 15 years. Grad... how does this happen. It's not like this kid held a private work out last week and benched 225 40 times and ran a 4.3. How does Nebraska, then Oklahoma and then tOSU all offer in a matter of a day? Who was on his list of offers before this? Where was he leaning? Why is this the first that we've heard of this kid, and he gets 3 major offers in a day. I mean, I know you can say "the coaches watch everyone one... he's been on their radar.... yada yada"... What's up?

I'm shocked and wondering the same thing you are. Something hit me when grad mentioned underexposure. Beavercreek is traditionally TERRIBLE at football. It's a large suburban high school with a great tradition for basketball and a laughing stock of a football team historically. It certainly isn't a school that many big time CFB head coaches have gone to for recruiting.

Congrats to Zach on the offer. It's always good to see another Dayton area guy get some OSU love.
